Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at LAMPU.COM.MY

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from LAMPU.COM.MY. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the item for another one, be it similar or not. Refer to Return and Refund or Exchange Policies below. 

Nevertheless, please note that clearance items, consumables, parts, outdoor items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns

Within 7 days from the date of delivery it is possible to request the return of the products purchased. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, resell-able condition, not installed, not used, nor damaged.

The return of any consumables such as light bulbs is not allowed if the package is open and the product has already been used. 

Refunds Or Exchanges

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or other forms of payment deemed suitable for us. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies and our processing processes.

In the case of exchange an item, choose your new preferred product (if available) and inform us by Email : hello@lampu.com.my to proceed for an exchange.

Shipping - Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please ship your item with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to our office / factory address as following. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping - Exchanges

For exchange an item, you are responsible for covering all return postage costs up front. Please proceed payment for your Shipping (Link) after getting confirmation from us. Item will be shipped out within 3 working days after the payment has been confirmed.

 

Free Warranty Returns

For warranty claim, kindly ensure the Warranty Policy is in full compliance before proceed your return.

We provide unlimited** FREE one way warranty returns within whole warranty period, i.e. we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired / replacement item back to you while you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the faulty item.
